What makes the wiki different than the forum?
The forum you can think of as the "mist" of an idea. Through discussion it is quickly formed, changed, changed again, evaporated, and whatever other analogy you want to use to say that it is constantly changing.
The wiki is when those ideas are set in sand. A little more solid, we have some ideas of how things should work but they may not be perfect yet. This is the first real step to setting the structure of the "Script" into stone. Ideas here can still be changed (via discussion board) but give a general idea what we will see in the release of the game.
